 0.50 cup rice flour
 0.50 cup Aotmeal
 0.50 cup Dried Fruit
 0.50 cup Coconut Milk
 1 tbsp Honey
 0.50 cup Coconut Oil
 1 Egg
 1 pinch Lemon Zest
 1 pinch Vanilla Essence
 0.50 pinch Salt

Preheat oven to 200 º C.

Beat the egg in a blender to make it spongy.

Add the oil, lemon, vanilla, honey and continue beating.

Then, in a separate bowl, mix the oats with the rice flour.

Gradually add the mixture of the previous step to the liquid mixture and continue beating, adding the coconut milk to the mixture.

Fill in some molds. Insert the baking pans and bake for 15 or 20 minutes
