 1 cup wheat flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 ¼ cup sugar
  cup raisins
 1 cup water
 2 tbsp oil
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 1 egg
 1 tbsp curd

1-Add 1 cup of wheat flour to sifter
2-Add 1 tsp of baking powder
3-Sieve them together
4-Add 1/4 cup of sugar
5-Add 2 tbsp of oil
6-Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence
7-Break and add 1 egg
8-Add 1 tbsp of curd
9-Add 1/3 cup of raisins
10-Mix well
11-Add 1 cup of water and whisk
12- whisk without lumps into batter

heat a pan and drizzle oil
pour 1/4 cup of batter onto pan
cover cook for 2-3 mins
flip and cook other side
