 4 tsp Chili Powder
 2 ½ tsp Ground Coriander
 2 ½ tsp Ground Cumin
 1 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp oregano
 ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
 ½ oz Beef
 1 tbsp minced onion
 28 oz Diced Tomatoes
 15 oz Tomato Sauce
 15 oz Kidney beans

In a small bowl, mix together the seasoning mix.

Store the mixture in an airtight container at a cool, dry place.

Cook ground beef in a skillet, until tender and no longer pink. Drain it.

In slow cooker, add tomatoes, onions, tomato sauce, and one can of beans and 5-6 teaspoons of seasoning mix.

In a blender, add the other can of beans and process until smooth.

Now, add beans and the meat to the skillet, stir together and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve immediately.
